Day 01 : UDAIPUR
Upon arrival Udaipur proceed for check-in at the hotel. Udaipur Set on the shores of Lake Pichola and surrounded by hills, Udaipur grew in complete contrast to the harsh deserts of the rest of Rajasthan. As capital of the old Mewar State it was the only Rajput stronghold to uphold its Hindu allegiance in the face of Muslim invasion. From the late 16th century, peace brought about an era of renaissance in the arts and encouraged the building of beautiful palaces around the lake, culminating in the City Palace, one of the largest palace complexes in the world. The lake itself is a romantic setting surrounding the gleaming white Lake Palace and the Jag Mandir, a refuge of the rebel Mughal prince, Shah Jahan, soon to be the creator of the incomparable Taj Mahal.
In the afternoon you would be taken for the sightseeing tour of Udaipur City, also known as the City of Sunrise
Day 02 : UDAIPUR
After breakfast, you would be taken for the excursion tour to A RELIGIOUS COMPLEX Northern region of Mewar (22 Kms from Udaipur)
It houses 108 temples chiselled out of sandstone and marble, this temple of Eklingji was built in 734 AD. Enclosed by high walls, it is devoted to Eklingji (A form of Shiv Deity adored under the epithet of EKLINGA). One of the prominent deity of the Maharanas of Mewar, worshiped as Mahadeva Chaumukhi,the quadriform divinity, represented by a bust with four faces., it has an ornate Man dap [ A pillared hall ] and the huge pyramidal roof composed of hundreds of knots very vividly carved and finely decorated with the coloured stones. Before the entrance in the main temple there is a beautifully sculpted huge Nandi [ the sacred brazen bull who is the loyal steed of Lord Shiva and has his altar attached to all his shrines.
Day 03 : UDAIPUR – MT ABU
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be drive for half day sight seeing tour & driven from Udaipur to Mt Abu (200 KMS /4- 5 Hours )
Upon arrival, proceed for check-in at your hotel.
Day 04 : MT ABU – UDAIPUR
After buffet breakfast at the hotel, you will be driven from Mt Abu to Udaipur Airport / Station to Connect your further Journey
